- 3 cups gluten-free bite-sized pretzels
- 3 cups gluten-free bite-sized cheddar crackers
- 2 cups gluten-free O-shaped cereal
- ¾ cup unsalted butter (melted and hot)
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) for 10 minutes.
Combine 4 cups Corn Chex, 4 cups Rice Chex, 3 cups GF pretzels, 3 cups GF cheddar crackers, and 2 cups GF O's cereal into an 11” x 15” baking dish. Stir well.
In a small bowl, whisk together ¾ cup melted hot butter, ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp seasoned salt, 3 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp onion powder until well combined.
Pour the butter mixture evenly over the cereal mixture and toss gently but thoroughly for 1 minute to coat everything evenly.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring well every 15 minutes, to ensure even crisping.
Let the Chex Mix cool completely in the baking dish for at least 30 minutes before storing.
- Use hot melted butter to help the spices dissolve and coat the ingredients evenly.
- Stirring every 15 minutes during baking is crucial for even crisping and to prevent any part from burning.
- Ensure all ingredients are completely cool before storing to maintain crispness.
