Ingredients

  • 1 bunch asparagus (3/4 - 1lb, trimmed)
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Lawry ’s Parsley Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, for serving (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (199°C).
  • Add trimmed asparagus spears to a rectangular baking dish. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and Lawry
  • Place the seasoned spears inside the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary) and air fry for 3 minutes.
  • Using tongs, stir the asparagus in the basket, then continue to air fry for 1-2 more minutes, until the spears are crisp-tender. Thinner stalks cook faster.
  • Serve immediately, optionally with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
